How dramatically can one change their body composition in two months?
Assume daily cardio, weight lifting, and proper diet.
Any other first-hand accounts and guesstimates?
cardio and weight lifting is the easy part. making enough changes to the diet is what holds back the majority of people from ever achieving the physique that the desire.
small changes to the diet will result in small changes to the physique. how long it takes a person really depends on their current physical condition, level of body fat and how long they have been overweight, etc. typically the longer a person has been overweight the harder the body will fight to stay that way.
